Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend services utilizing Python, FastAPI, and LangChain.

• Construct and uphold scraping frameworks employing Firecrawl, Playwright, or comparable technologies.

• Develop and coordinate multi-agent systems, which include LangFlow pipelines and agent-to-agent interactions.

• Deploy multi-agent systems to production, ensuring robust monitoring and failover protocols.

• Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, and other internal business systems.

• Create responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React.js or similar frameworks.

• Implement real-time interfaces utilizing SSE or WebSocket.

• Monitor agent performance and interaction logs via observability platforms like LangFuse.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.

• Contribute to system architecture decisions.

• Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams within agile environments.

• Ensure compliance with Granicus information security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience.

• Proficient in Python at an expert level.

• Strong backend experience with FastAPI, asyncio, and scalable microservices.

• Proven experience in building and deploying web scraping frameworks such as Firecrawl, Scrapy, and Playwright.

• Practical experience with agent-based systems.

• Familiarity with agent-to-agent (A2A) communication.

• Experience in LangFlow orchestration.

• Background in deploying multi-agent systems in a production environment.

• Experience in integrating agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, CRMs, or similar systems.

• Frontend development experience using React.js, TypeScript, or other contemporary frameworks.

• Knowledge of agent observability tools like LangFuse.

• Experience using developer AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Winsurf, or equivalent platforms.

• Ability to fulfill Granicus information security and data privacy responsibilities.

• No specific degree requirement; Granicus does not have degree prerequisites for most roles.
