Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and establish front-end frameworks and shared component libraries throughout the product range

• Leverage AI-driven software methodologies to develop and enhance GoodLeap Pros' front-end and full-stack services utilizing diverse technologies

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers to grasp business needs and provide high-quality solutions

• Spearhead initiatives within the Pros Selling division

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing and deployment

• Mentor and support junior engineers in best practices for AI-driven software development

• Diagnose, debug, and rectify issues promptly to ensure high system uptime

• Design, develop, and scale the GoodLeap Pros platform tailored for home contractors

• Construct dependable, secure, and performance-optimized systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end software development using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind

• Proficient with cloud services such as AWS

• Experience in developing across the entire software stack with AI and agentic software development methodologies

• Capability to design secure, scalable, and failure-resilient systems

• Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• A collaborative approach to teamwork

• Enthusiasm for clean code, continuous improvement, and best practices in software engineering

• Familiarity with mobile development, particularly Flutter, three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, and Python (preferred)
