📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of Five9’s cutting-edge SaaS platform, empowering businesses to enhance customer service through AI in the Contact Center.

• Build microservices that are highly available, scalable, and reliable.

• Utilize cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to tackle intricate challenges within the cloud technology platform.

• Acquire in-depth application-level knowledge of current systems and influence their overall design.

• Diagnose issues within the software stack and offer production support as necessary.

• Collaborate with colleagues and actively engage in the team's initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software development experience within a Java development team utilizing the Spring Framework.

• Proven experience in designing and developing applications that are both highly available and scalable.

• Strong understanding of design considerations and limitations related to private and public cloud environments, including virtualization, global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, massive data storage, and security.

• A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus) and Spring Cloud.

• Familiarity with GCP products such as Google BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, App Engine, and Cloud SQL.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience working within a Continuous Delivery team, focusing on the development, testing, deployment, and management of production applications on Google Cloud Platform.

• An advanced degree in engineering or a business discipline is highly preferred.
