📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, and test software applications or systems for a variety of products and services.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the product area, codebase, and systems.

• Utilize skills in data analysis, programming, and software engineering.

• Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code using contemporary frameworks and tools.

• Address complex challenges by analyzing data and assessing critical factors.

• Employ sound judgment to choose the most suitable methods and techniques for problem resolution.

• Operate independently to navigate obstacles and adhere to deadlines.

• Master internal development standards for increasingly intricate tasks and projects.

• Guide junior developers and assist in enhancing their skills.

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver products that engage users.

• Ensure that products fulfill customer requirements with empathy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Contribute to Federato’s AI-native platform, transforming the insurance policy lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of practical experience in full-stack development.

• More than 5 years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and platforms such as Kafka.

• A strong passion for engineering, emphasizing tangible impact.

• Versatility across both internal and client software systems.

• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Experience in conducting design and code reviews.
