Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions.

• Create and execute high-performance APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding best practices.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers.

• Enhance the software development lifecycle through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues to maintain service availability and reliability.

• Assess and incorporate tools, frameworks, and technologies.

• Lead the technical vision for projects and participate in architectural discussions and long-term planning.

• Utilize AI-assisted development techniques across requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on delivering complex, scalable applications.

• Proficiency in various programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, along with familiarity with their ecosystems.

• Understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven/clean architecture, and RESTful API design.

• Experience in building and maintaining ASP.NET MVC and WCF applications.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.

• Capability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, present to stakeholders, and produce detailed documentation.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.

• Experience integrating AI services, models, or agents into production applications is preferred.
