Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Transform research insights and prototypes into high-quality software products.

• Work collaboratively with R&D teams to connect innovation with product implementation.

• Perform extensive automated testing, including stability and performance assessments, before product launches.

• Investigate and implement agentic programming techniques on current tasks and the codebase.

• Design and sustain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment operations.

• Address and resolve merge conflicts in version control systems like Git.

• Analyze and enhance the codebase for better maintainability and scalability.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.

• Create detailed release notes outlining modifications, improvements, and identified issues.

• Keep technical documentation updated for development workflows and system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in C/C++, Java, and Python.

• Familiarity with agentic programming methodologies.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools.

• Understanding of version control systems.

• Proven ability to deliver production-ready software solutions.

• Basic knowledge of deep learning and large language models, including frameworks like ONNX.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Effective team player with proficient English language skills.

• Fundamental understanding of information security and data privacy regulations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of information security through participation in internal training programs.
