Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop dependable full-stack features.

• Construct backend services and APIs alongside frontend functionality.

• Demonstrate strong UI and UX sensibility in frontend development.

• Assess technical trade-offs while considering business value and client impact.

• Take ownership of tasks from sprint planning and ticket refinement through to implementation, peer review, and demonstration.

• Utilize AI tools for coding, debugging, and research purposes.

• Recognize opportunities for AI to enhance client value and influence related features.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver usable products.

• Conduct and participate in code reviews.

• Share expertise with the engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development within production systems.

• Proficient in React, covering component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

• Experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, including production-level APIs and services.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL on both client and server sides.

• Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL in a production environment.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar.

• Comfortable operating in AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.

• Regular use of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field (preferred).
