Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance products utilizing FinLLM and other LLMs tailored for financial institutions.

• Create and implement resilient event-driven microservices and APIs.

• Construct scalable, cloud-native architectures on AWS.

• Design modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.

• Embed LLM-powered functionalities into practical workflows.

• Collaborate with product managers and AI professionals to produce dependable, customer-ready features.

• Focus on engineering platforms, services, user interfaces, and integrations instead of directly building or training LLMs.

• Leverage AI coding assistants like Claude Code to expedite development and enhance code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing production systems with Node.js / TypeScript.

• Practical experience in building user interfaces using React.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native engineering principles on AWS.

• Familiarity with microservices, messaging patterns, and distributed system architecture.

• Commitment to maintaining clean code, testing, observability, and high operational standards.

• A proactive and motivated approach to work.

• A keen interest in AI-driven products and a desire to learn.

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience with React and contemporary front-end tools.

• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and RDS.

• Familiarity with NestJS or similar back-end frameworks.

• No specific educational qualifications required.

• Must reside in the United Kingdom.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
