This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in all facets of existing and future product development.
• Partner with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to craft solutions.
• Create essential features and workflows for products that support MedTech sales teams.
• Develop comprehensive features across both web and mobile platforms.
• Leverage data insights to pinpoint product improvements, address performance challenges, and uncover new opportunities.
• Assist in optimizing processes and enhancing team culture.
• Assess and implement tools and technologies to boost scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor and motivate emerging engineers.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Contribute to solutions that facilitate the delivery of cutting-edge medical technologies to patients.
• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer within the product domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services, or similar technologies.
• A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and work with the latest technologies and advanced tools.
• Valid work permit for the USA.
• Preferred: experience in developing agentic experiences, including tool utilization/function calling, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or comparable.
