Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and develop production systems using Go, while also engaging with React and TypeScript as necessary.

• Enhance agent execution, tool utilization, context management, streaming capabilities, and long-duration workflows.

• Expand the provider-agnostic architecture to adapt to evolving models and functionalities.

• Create dependable integrations between agents, workspaces, tools, and developer infrastructure.

• Take ownership of projects from their implementation phase through to rollout and iterative improvements.

• Participate in design reviews, code evaluations, and technical discussions.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to transform agent capabilities into valuable developer experiences.

• Enhance the reliability, performance, and operability of agentic systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in building and managing production software systems.

• Practical experience with Go programming.

• Familiarity with React and TypeScript.

• Experience in developing systems focused on LLMs or agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of model APIs, tool invocation, context management, or agent loops.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and production reliability.

• Proficiency in AWS.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating technical uncertainties.

• Contributions to team efforts beyond personal coding through reviews, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

• Background in coding agents, developer tools, or cloud development environments (a plus).

• Experience with MCP, agent tools, or multi-agent systems (a plus).

• Familiarity with remote execution, sandboxing, or isolated computing (a plus).

• Experience in building integrations among various model providers (a plus).

• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or Linux (a plus).

• Contributions to open-source projects or direct customer engagement experience (a plus).
