Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture of test frameworks and develop continuous execution pipelines for features on the cloud platform.

• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to define the automated quality engineering roadmap.

• Set test automation standards and disseminate knowledge in the testing domain.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Work alongside engineering leadership to enhance the stability of continuous delivery and boost release confidence.

• Contribute to the development of the next-generation cloud-native platform for innovative products and services.

• Streamline the performance, reliability, security, and operational requirements for products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in test automation and engineering for cloud platforms.

• Strong proficiency in building test frameworks using Python, Pytest, Go, or Bash.

• Extensive experience in testing high availability and fault-tolerant Kubernetes services, containers, and cloud-native technologies.

• Advanced understanding of networking protocols, Linux systems, and continuous delivery tools.

• Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems.

• Comprehension of fundamental security principles.

• Experience in utilizing CI/CD tools.

• Capability to establish test automation standards and mentor junior engineers.
