📋 Description

• Develop tailored solutions for partners based on collaboratively established roadmaps.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to comprehend requirements and showcase progress.

• Establish and execute the architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform.

• Apply effective engineering techniques to minimize time-to-market.

• Create features, maintain existing operations, and resolve implementation challenges for payments and card services.

• Design, construct, test, and deliver software ready for production, complete with unit and integration tests.

• Assume comprehensive technical accountability from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.

• Engage in code reviews, design conversations, and architectural deliberations.

• Contribute to the pursuit of technical excellence and ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 3 years of experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar SQL servers.

• Proficiency in the rapid development and deployment of internal and external services utilizing cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Experience in creating high-quality automation, including unit, component, and integration tests.

• Comprehensive understanding of the test pyramid.

• Strong grasp of data security and compliance necessities in cloud and data environments, ideally within the finance industry.

• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and agile decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred: experience in developing applications within the finance sector, such as credit card products, accounts receivable/payable, or payment processing.

• Preferred: familiarity with C#/.NET Core, Golang, or contemporary front-end frameworks like React or Angular in a cloud-native environment.

• Preferred: experience collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

• Preferred: foundational knowledge of internal/external web services and APIs.
