Senior Software Developer – Delphi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create programs to access databases and manage system information storage and retrieval.

• Supply data for display on front-end platforms, including browsers and mobile applications.

• Interface with third-party systems through various integrations.

• Develop server-side tasks and oversee application logic.

• Execute software implementation through coding, including deployment in the Bank’s environments.

• Support legacy software by making specific modifications to ensure availability, stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

• Design and build APIs while customizing integrations.

• Document the software delivered in line with agile methodologies.

• Develop and construct test-driven software (TDD).

• Create databases and ensure their integration with other applications.

• Assess and apply application performance monitoring tools.

• Perform software acceptance testing, quality control, and quality assurance (QA) evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with primary programming languages utilized in back-end development.

• Expertise in object-oriented or functional programming approaches.

• Understanding of API development and integration customization techniques.

• Competence in code versioning and Continuous Integration practices.

• Mastery of test-driven software development (TDD) methodologies.

• Experience in creating databases and linking them with other applications.

• Proven track record in assessing and enhancing application performance.

• Knowledge of Agile Manifesto principles along with agile methodologies.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology or a related discipline that covers software development, data analysis, agile methodologies, and product development.
