Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development and integration of software as per the project scopes established by Spassu with its clients.

• Lead the software development team and allocate tasks using project management tools.

• Ensure that the software delivered meets all outlined requirements on the specified technology platform and complies with architectural standards.

• Configure projects according to internal protocols and client procedures, guaranteeing integrity, traceability, and maintainability.

• Establish and refine the project architecture throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Analyze functional specifications and create technical specifications utilizing text, UML diagrams, and additional models.

• Organize work utilizing the designated project management tool.

• Mentor and assist the development team members.

• Code, integrate, test, maintain, and enhance software components as needed.

• Generate technical documentation in line with contractual obligations.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to integrate components using the designated tools.

• Configure and set up local development environments.

• Provide information necessary for the configuration of continuous integration pipelines.

• Offer support to the IT team and the client’s end users.

• Conduct deliveries and integration testing within the client’s environment.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and deployment within the client’s settings.

• Train the client and facilitate knowledge transfer regarding the developed software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Chemistry; or a bachelor’s degree in any field paired with a postgraduate course (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) of at least 360 hours in Information Technology.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Preferred experience: 7 years as a Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related position.

• Proficient in the development and support of solutions managed by the Agile Team, encompassing their entire lifecycle—from conception, analysis, and design through implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and decommissioning—along with expertise in all associated technical aspects, including modeling, solution architecture, programming, databases, user interfaces, services and integrations, testing, deployment, and more.
