Senior Software Developer – Agentic Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordinate AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot as independent developer resources.

• Disassemble intricate epics into modular, agent-ready tasks, enabling various agents to address different topics concurrently.

• Enhance the software factory by incorporating skills, automated review and implementation processes, along with CI/CD integration.

• Evaluate, debug, and refactor essential pull requests.

• Take charge of the quality, security, and maintainability of production software.

• Create and enhance full-stack features within a TypeScript monorepo.

• Implement functionalities utilizing Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL via Drizzle, Inngest, Auth/RBAC, and sophisticated domain logic.

• Improve system design, especially tenant isolation, workflow automation, and the long-term structure of the monorepo.

• Establish architectural boundaries, evaluate technical trade-offs, and prepare AI-generated code for production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development for production environments utilizing TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.

• Demonstrated expertise in system design and typed API contracts; familiar with tRPC.

• Proficient in pnpm/Turborepo configurations featuring multiple applications and packages.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and safe migrations with Drizzle.

• Experience in LLM development, encompassing RAG, context engineering, tool calls, agentic loops, knowledge graphs, or agentic memory.

• Firm dedication to quality in testing, error management, and clean architecture.

• Practical use of AI coding agents.

• Capability to convert complex technical ideas into clear architectural guidelines and context boundaries for LLMs.

• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.

• High adaptability to a swiftly evolving tooling landscape.

• Experience with Inngest or similar event-driven/background job systems is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with OpenSearch, RAG, reranking, vector search, complex document processing, or search-intensive functionalities is a plus.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS requirements such as i18n, accessibility, intricate RBAC models, audit trails, and tenant isolation is a plus.

• Experience with LLM-driven product features like tool use, AI workflows, or RAG is a plus.
