Senior Software Architect – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical expert and assist with architectural choices related to the Vivo App, Development Framework, backend services, and content platforms.

• Comprehend the various layers of the Development Framework, which encompass web applications, BFFs, microservices, session management, navigation, and integrations.

• Facilitate the advancement of integrations between the Development Framework and CMS platforms.

• Examine intricate end-to-end issues by analyzing logs, configurations, code, integrations, APIs, environments, and dependencies.

• Aid in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and defects that involve multiple teams or technology layers.

• Contribute to the design of backend solutions, integrations, and services aimed at enhancing digital customer experiences.

• Engage in solution reviews, code evaluations, and architectural discussions.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, specialists, product teams, and vendors.

• Record technical decisions and disseminate knowledge.

• Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with development framework layers, including web applications, BFFs, microservices, session management, navigation, and integrations.

• Understanding of CMS integrations.

• Acquaintance with backend systems, APIs, integrations, and services.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and investigating logs, configurations, code, environments, and system interdependencies.

• Familiarity with solution reviews, code evaluations, and architectural discussions.

• Capability to analyze complex issues from start to finish.

• Skill in identifying technical risks, dependencies, and impacts.
