Senior Social Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Continuously elevate the standard for Acadia’s social media offerings

• Ensure that social products remain relevant, timely, client-centric, and rooted in audience insights

• Lead onboarding and strategic sessions for enterprise-level clients

• Supervise and mentor the junior content strategy team through strategist-led sessions, individual meetings, pitching assistance, experience sharing, and educational opportunities

• Inform pitch strategies by researching best practices and generating data-driven campaign concepts

• Develop monthly and quarterly content briefs that guide client social media objectives

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports by analyzing metrics and suggesting strategic changes

• Collaborate with the Creative team on campaigns based on consumer behavior, market opportunities, and industry insights

• Serve as a subject matter expert for various departments and clients

• Support strategy leadership with departmental needs, thought leadership initiatives, and new business endeavors

• Advise creative teams on social media best practices and platform user behaviors

• Engage in new business pitches
