Senior Social Media Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute the social strategy developed by the Senior Social Media Manager for targeted markets.

• Document Trulieve’s corporate social media branding, tone, and identity across various platforms.

• Capture video content during in-store activations, community events, and physician engagement activities.

• Create social calendars and implement social media strategies through competitive analysis, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.

• Guide and mentor content creators by offering direction and support for program execution.

• Produce, edit, publish, and distribute original text, images, video, or HTML content on a daily basis.

• Establish and enhance company profiles on social media platforms.

• Oversee user-generated content in accordance with community moderation guidelines.

• Collect and analyze social data, metrics, insights, and best practices to enhance performance.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to manage reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate efforts.

• Develop the brand’s tone and voice, leading copywriting efforts on Trulieve’s corporate channels.

• Report directly to the Senior Social Media Manager within the Digital Marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 4 years of experience in social media management is preferred.

• Proficiency with tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Meltwater, or similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel 40–50% for field visits across Florida and Georgia.

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.

• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong technological proficiency.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Commitment to working 40 hours per week.
