This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with international teams across various locations to address technical challenges and enhance processes
• Create, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and AI infrastructure solutions utilizing open source software
• Deploy AI infrastructure leveraging NVIDIA-certified hardware
• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine technical specifications
• Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve intricate technical issues
• Engage in code reviews to uphold high quality standards
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud operations and development
• Design and implement AI-driven automation throughout the DevOps lifecycle, encompassing code development and maintenance
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients during the delivery phases
• Guide team members and Mirantis customers
• Establish technical strategies and ensure smooth integration of cloud and software services
• Guarantee the reliability, security, and performance of container infrastructure
• Over 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, emphasizing Cloud, infrastructure technologies, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in high-performance data center processing, networking, and storage
• Familiarity with Golang and working knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exceptional skills in problem-solving and debugging across networking and storage (both hardware and software), Linux, and Kubernetes
• Knowledgeable in performance optimization and security
• Capability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Comfortable making independent judgments when interacting with customers, often with limited daily oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong customer-facing communication abilities
• Dedication to innovation, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed, including internationally
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Software Development, or a similar role
