This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +7 more states.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure utilizing industry best practices.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy enterprise-scale projects on AWS.
• Work with Kubernetes and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Automate processes for build, release, monitoring, alerting, and observability for both infrastructure and products.
• Create and execute technical solutions that enhance speed and quality.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide application support.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other staff.
• Ensure that security and compliance requirements are met.
• Contribute to the infrastructure that supports the engineering department and Tempo products.
• Engage with European and Global Site Reliability Engineer teams to develop core designs and standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Linux, Bash, and Terraform is essential.
• Confident in working with monitoring and alerting systems.
• Experience in deploying complex software solutions within a cloud environment.
• Proficient with AWS or other cloud-hosted services.
• A solid understanding of software design patterns.
• Ability to learn swiftly and adapt to new technologies.
• A highly analytical mindset for solving challenging problems.
• Responsible, proactive, positive, and honest demeanor.
• Comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback.
• Ability to consider task context and overarching goals.
• Capable of soliciting stakeholder input for project decisions.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
• Preferred: experience with Helm, FluxCD, GitHub Actions, Ansible, or Datadog.
• Preferred: experience supporting Java/Kotlin applications.
• Preferred: experience developing for the Atlassian ecosystem.
