Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Take ownership of the reliability of AWS infrastructure environments

• Manage and escalate incidents that occur during overnight hours, weekends, and holidays

• Develop, organize, and update runbooks and contingency plans

• Facilitate post-incident reviews and monitor the execution of corrective measures

• Assist the DevOps team with high-risk modifications and rollback strategies

• Enhance observability, alerting, and capacity management processes

• Engage in on-call and standby duty rotations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Kubernetes in production settings, including EKS, kubectl, and pod and cluster analysis

• Understanding of Ingress and Egress, network configurations, and troubleshooting connectivity issues

• Familiarity with Argo CD and Bitbucket

• Proficient in PostgreSQL, particularly in performance evaluation

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, S3, and RDS

• Advanced proficiency with Linux operating systems

• Bachelor’s degree
