Mid-Level SRE – Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee alerts and respond to incidents during on-call shifts

• Implement defined runbooks and operational procedures

• Document actions taken and incidents in Jira

• Recognize incidents that need escalation

• Consult with the Senior SRE as required

• Automate repetitive tasks related to operations

• Assist in updating and enhancing runbooks

• Monitor, maintain, and ensure the reliability of AWS infrastructure environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with AWS: EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, and S3

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and the use of kubectl for fundamental pod troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of PostgreSQL

• Experience with Bitbucket

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems

• Willingness to participate in on-call and standby rotations
