
Senior Site Activation Coordinator, North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, site activation, and ongoing maintenance activities for investigative sites.
• Adhere to relevant regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, project specifications, and contractual/budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments.
• Evaluate site documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Prepare site documentation and notify team members when regulatory, contractual, and other documents are ready.
• Distribute finalized documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Update and manage internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Review, monitor, and follow up on questionnaires, confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs), regulatory and ethics documents, Informed Consent Forms, and Investigator Pack release documents.
• Assist with site activation tasks at a country/region level under general supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or over 4 years of experience at a site.
• Prior experience in regulatory and site activation tasks.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• CV must be submitted in English.
• Ability to collaborate with sites in North America.
• Awareness of applicable local and/or international regulations, SOPs, project requirements, and contractual/budgetary guidelines.
