This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the execution of both domestic and international field project delivery for Nuclear Inspection Services.
• Manage field projects related to IVVI, IVUT, and Drywell Inspection product lines during customer power plant outages.
• Collaborate with business leaders to effectively plan and implement project work scopes.
• Deliver projects in alignment with Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Output standards, including budget, schedule, and scope considerations.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to facilitate successful project execution.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies for Inspection Services.
• Analyze data and leverage both internal and external sources to support informed recommendations and decisions.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead smaller project initiatives.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly to build consensus.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to contracted and craft personnel at customer locations.
• Assist business leads during the ITO phase by developing proposals.
• Ensure that project metrics and any contractual or internal procedural expectations are fulfilled.
• Conduct reviews and closures for both internal and external projects.
• Safeguard and transfer project data and information utilizing business-approved storage solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by at least 7 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Nuclear-related Project Management or 5 years in STEM-related Project Management.
• Proven ability to maintain access for and execute domestic or international project delivery.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including 12-hour days and 7-day weeks while traveling.
• Capability to maintain Unescorted Access to customers’ sites or properties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrated skills in leading programs and projects.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
