Senior Services Manager – Digital Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of complex GE Digital Grid software solution projects at customer locations across the APAC region.

• Manage customer expectations, communications, narratives, and overall satisfaction.

• Oversee diverse, globally-focused project teams comprising internal resources, partners, and subcontractors.

• Create and implement comprehensive project plans based on the Statement of Work, customer profile, scope, timeline, and available resources.

• Ensure adherence to project management processes and practices, while seeking opportunities for enhancement.

• Address project roadblocks and interdependencies by collaborating with execution, technical, and functional teams.

• Influence colleagues and negotiate effectively with external partners, vendors, and customers.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, scope modifications, and unforeseen events.

• Validate deliverable quality against stakeholder expectations and Statements of Work.

• Monitor outcomes realization and customer satisfaction using established service-level metrics.

• Gather lessons learned and contribute to organizational improvements.

• Oversee stakeholder communication and provide progress reports.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value from GE software and expand projects profitably.

• Adhere to GED administration and compliance requirements in real-time.

• Travel to customer sites in the Philippines or other APAC countries as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & IT from a locally or internationally recognized institution is mandatory.

• A strong network within the local Philippines market is essential.

• Excellent negotiation, visualization, and customer management capabilities.

• A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in managing complex customer implementation projects within the Philippines.

• Proven experience in handling large-scale, intricate software projects such as ADMS, SCADA, EGIS, ERP, CRM, or SAP.

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.

• Willingness to undertake 5-20% domestic and international travel.

• Proficient in professional English.

• Solid understanding of power transmission and distribution systems, utility operations, and grid management.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
