This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow infrastructure along with associated APIs for customer applications hosted in an AWS cloud environment.
• Develop and oversee intricate ServiceNow roles and permissions to uphold data integrity and security.
• Utilize Foreman, GitLab, and Selenium for the deployment, upgrading, and maintenance of platform modifications.
• Structure and sustain Identity and Access Management (IdAM), Active Directory, and LDAP resources that are integrated with ServiceNow.
• Operate within complex, contemporary cloud architectures.
• Produce and revise technical documentation, user manuals, how-to guides, and infrastructure schematics.
• Prepare technical presentations aimed at government stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and DevSecOps teams.
• Create automated testing strategies.
• Provide support for both Linux and Windows infrastructure.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, management, and clients.
• Employ troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Execute configuration management and testing rigorously.
• Play an integral role in an Agile Scrum development team.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in software development, ServiceNow, or IT.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or STEM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly with CI/CD, test automation, and/or DevSecOps methodologies.
• Strong administrative and engineering discipline.
• Experience in verifying and validating ServiceNow and integrated systems, including end-to-end and regression testing.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and system design; AWS preferred, Azure acceptable.
• Excellent skills in technical documentation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Capability to accurately break down tasks into Jira stories.
• Familiarity with Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Experience in Selenium and development of automated test plans for security and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of customer security requirements and processes.
• Experience in maintaining and supporting ServiceNow components.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer, and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with DevSecOps testing methodologies.
• Strong comprehension of Active Directory and LDAP.
• In-depth understanding of security requirements in secure environments.
• Experience in configuring Grafana and Splunk with ServiceNow.
• Possession of Secret Clearance.
