Senior Service Delivery Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain reporting and analytics solutions that align with Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.

• Utilize advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to extract, transform, and validate data from intricate revenue cycle environments.

• Leverage Epic Clarity and revenue cycle expertise to pinpoint trends, defects, and opportunities for process improvements.

• Convert analysis into clear, client-ready reports and recommendations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Conduct account and performance reviews to reveal actionable opportunities.

• Execute thorough quality assurance on metrics and reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

• Take ownership of follow-up actions and drive the implementation of recommendations.

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to both internal teams and client counterparts.

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to enhance the overall analytics function.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic.

• Independently manage significant deliverables, generate client-ready reports, identify trends that enhance operational value, and support both internal and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience, with a robust background in revenue cycle and analytics-focused roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable, and payment posting.

• Practical experience with the Epic Clarity data model, preferably in Resolute/Hospital Billing.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, encompassing complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Demonstrated ability to convert disorganized operational data into dependable, decision-ready insights.

• Proven experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail, independent judgment, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is preferred.

• Data modeling experience in Snowflake is preferred.

• Familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL is preferred.

• Prior experience in client-facing analytics or service delivery is preferred.

• Experience in mentoring analysts or developing team capabilities is preferred.
