This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals, organic performance, competitive analysis, and growth potential.
• Establish priorities, timelines, deliverables, and SEO initiatives across various client accounts.
• Perform or supervise intent-based keyword research, clustering, funnel alignment, and opportunity assessments.
• Create SEO content strategies and evaluate blog briefs, landing page proposals, and content plans.
• Lead or assess technical SEO audits, prioritize recommendations, and manage their implementation.
• Define and manage backlink and off-page strategies.
• Execute SERP analysis, competitor benchmarking, content gap assessments, and identify opportunities for organic visibility.
• Collaborate with Content, Development, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of recommendations.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, priorities, and workloads across assigned accounts.
• Review SEO deliverables produced by Analysts and Junior team members for quality assurance.
• Provide technical and strategic direction, identify bottlenecks, and support team development.
• Serve as the strategic SEO contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead monthly performance meetings and engage in strategic discussions with clients.
• Communicate progress, results, challenges, and next steps while adhering to agreed SLAs.
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, visibility, CTR, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare or review monthly performance reports and outline actionable next steps.
• Utilize GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other tools to guide strategy.
• Link SEO performance to broader business objectives.
• 3–5 years of experience in an SEO-focused position, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong grasp of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and link building best practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing SEO campaigns from start to finish, including strategy development, keyword research, audits, content briefing, implementation follow-up, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple SEO accounts and priorities at once.
• Extensive experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Capability to conduct, prioritize, and follow up on technical, content, and off-page SEO audits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable SEO strategies and business insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience using ClickUp, SENTR, or similar CRM/task management platforms.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other SEO professionals is highly desirable.
• Background in client-facing roles with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and effectively manage priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Complete ownership of SEO strategies and campaign performance, accompanied by significant autonomy and client-facing responsibilities.
