Senior SEO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical and strategic SEO expert for the organization.

• Oversee the entire SEO process from initial diagnosis through to execution.

• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to prioritize implementation.

• Analyze data from Search Console, GA4, and server logs to guide decision-making.

• Formulate and implement on-page SEO strategies.

• Create strategic plans and tactical SEO roadmaps, along with reporting and measurement based on business metrics.

• Conduct keyword research and develop structured content briefs for the editorial team.

• Craft content and strategies for GEO, keeping an eye on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative AI search engines.

• Work in collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams to prioritize SEO initiatives.

• Present results focusing on qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.

• Strong technical knowledge in crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, and canonicalization.

• Demonstrated on-page experience, with measurable case studies in each area.

• Practical experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

• Capability to independently create search-intent-driven content briefs without producing the content.

• Proven ability to analyze raw data from Search Console, GA4, and log files.

• Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of SQL for large-scale data integration is advantageous.

• Previous experience as the sole SEO authority at another organization is beneficial.

• Experience with off-page strategies is a plus.

• Familiarity with ASO and/or YouTube SEO is an advantage.
