This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct long-term SEO and GEO strategies for enterprise accounts across traditional SERPs and AI-driven platforms.
• Lead the integration of SEO with Paid Search, Social Media, and Public Relations to create a unified Total Search strategy.
• Provide guidance to senior clients through intricate, data-driven roadmaps while identifying opportunities for Growth Innovation.
• Design authority-building initiatives, encompassing strategic outreach and digital public relations.
• Offer oversight and technical expertise during site migrations, headless architecture, and advanced schema implementations.
• Contribute to the scoping, strategy, and presentations related to SEO/GEO for new business pitches and account expansions.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and assist in achieving agency revenue targets through account expansion.
• Present data-driven roadmaps that illustrate organic search ROI to C-suite stakeholders.
• Remain updated on AI-driven search, voice search, and advanced SEO data visualization techniques.
• Manage and mentor Managers and Associates, nurturing high performance, technical excellence, and career development.
• 5–7 years of SEO experience, with a proven history of leading strategy for large-scale or enterprise-level clients.
• Demonstrated experience in people management (3+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, including JavaScript rendering, API-driven SEO, advanced crawling, migrations, and headless CMS.
• In-depth understanding of the evolving AI search environment and GEO integration.
• Experience in business development, including project scoping and lead-room pitch scenarios.
• Advanced comprehension of the Total Search philosophy.
• High-level proficiency in tools such as Botify, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and PowerBI.
• Leadership presence to influence cross-functional internal teams and senior-level client stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with holistic search strategies that merge Paid and Organic channels.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; DEPT® participates in E-Verify.
