Senior Security Solutions Architect – IGA, PAM, NHI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-tier consulting services to Trace3 clients.

• Assist in the development of IAM strategy, roadmap, and architecture encompassing Authentication, Authorization, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Non-human Identities (NHI).

• Aid in the design and implementation of IAM products and services.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer business needs.

• Conduct systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to identify, assess, and resolve issues.

• Support the modernization of on-premises identity solutions or transition to contemporary, cloud-native options.

• Lead IAM pre-sales efforts related to tenant consolidations, identity maturity, and M&A activities.

• Provide technical advice and best practices to clients.

• Collaborate with various departments to formulate business cases and go-to-market strategies.

• Stay updated with IAM certifications, industry developments, tools, training, and customer support requirements.

• Offer leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions, workshops, and Identity assessments.

• Formulate Identity strategies, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

• Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders, architects, and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and progress Identity opportunities.

• Present solution recommendations, business cases, and architectural guidance to clients.

• Lead or assist in the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architecture, and technical win strategies.

• Lead or assist in vendor, platform, and solution evaluations.

• Provide strategic and architectural advice across Core Identity and Adjacent Identity areas.

• Contribute to reusable offerings, workshops, assessments, and reference architectures.

• Support strategic partner relationships and emerging Identity technologies.

• Share insights on industry trends, customer needs, and market developments.

• Mentor team members and aid in the growth of the Identity practice.

• Undertake additional duties as needed or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Over 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, or architecting Identity and Access Management solutions.

• At least 3 years in a customer-facing consulting, architecture, or presale position.

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud or Entra ID, including architecture, implementation, and customer advisory experience.

• Significant expertise in at least one of the following: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Identity Governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.).

• Experience leading customer workshops, assessments, and architectural discussions.

• Proven track record in developing Identity strategies, roadmaps, or transformation initiatives.

• Capable of communicating effectively with both executive and technical audiences.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to present architectural recommendations and business value to both executive and technical audiences.

• CISSP or an equivalent security certification is preferred.

• Okta certification is strongly preferred; Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or related certifications are also appreciated.

• Experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) and Machine Identity is particularly valued; background in PAM or PKI/CLM is also beneficial.

• Experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles, solution development, and customer advisory engagements.
