Senior Security Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute sophisticated cybersecurity solutions utilizing top-tier technologies

• Act as a strategic consultant for both clients and internal teams

• Design scalable cybersecurity architectures that encompass Zero Trust, secure access, and advanced threat protection

• Spearhead initiatives focused on cybersecurity best practices and innovation

• Draft and manage client proposals, architectural diagrams, and statements of work

• Ensure alignment of security strategies with business goals and IT frameworks

• Assist sales teams with strategic proposals, BOMs, technical narratives, client presentations, and RFPs

• Facilitate discovery sessions, evaluate client environments, and present customized cybersecurity solutions

• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies

• Identify and report security risks while contributing to remediation efforts

• Grasp client business requirements and collaborate with Account Executives

• Recognize emerging cybersecurity trends and enhance client understanding of technologies and best practices

• Oversee the development of stakeholder enablement resources and guide vendor selection

• Manage solution development, including BOMs, product evaluations, solution narratives, and high-level architectures

• Provide strategic cybersecurity insights for integrated design and implementation

• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks

• Deliver innovative, dependable, and effective cybersecurity solutions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale security solutions across multi-vendor environments

• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, emphasizing architecture, engineering, and strategy in diverse environments

• Extensive knowledge of security technologies from leading providers, including Snyk, Cyera, Varonis, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cloudflare, Okta, CrowdStrike, Sumo Logic, and Splunk

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred

• Profound expertise in NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks

• Strong comprehension of risk management and compliance

• Capability to facilitate high-level discussions, achieve stakeholder consensus, and lead collaborative security solutions

• Strong ability to engage leaders and key stakeholders to comprehend security needs and align them with business objectives

• Significant experience in building and nurturing client relationships

• Exceptional skills in time management and project management, including overseeing large-scale security projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Skill in creating and presenting technical documentation, security policies, and architectural diagrams

• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity and advanced expertise in at least one area, such as cloud security, network security, or application security

• Familiarity with threat modeling, incident response, and security monitoring solutions

• Comprehensive understanding of multi-vendor security environments and complex integration and compliance challenges

• Advanced knowledge of AI Security, Application Security, EDR, XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, automation, and orchestration

• Commitment to continuous professional development and security awareness training

• Willingness to assume additional leadership responsibilities and mentor team members

• Travel of up to 40% may be required
