Senior Security Solution Architect – Presales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and deploy cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions utilizing top-tier technologies.

• Act as a strategic consultant for clients and internal teams.

• Create scalable cybersecurity architectures that emphasize Zero Trust, secure access, and advanced threat protection.

• Spearhead initiatives focused on cybersecurity best practices and innovation.

• Draft and maintain client proposals, architectural diagrams, and statements of work.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with business goals and IT frameworks.

• Assist sales teams by providing strategic proposals, BOMs, technical narratives, client presentations, and RFP responses.

• Conduct discovery sessions, evaluate client environments, and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions.

• Engage in ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.

• Identify and escalate security risks while contributing to remediation efforts.

• Understand client business requirements and partner with Account Executives.

• Recognize emerging cybersecurity trends and enhance client understanding of technologies and best practices.

• Lead enablement resources for stakeholders and assist in vendor selection and strategic decisions.

• Supervise solution development, product evaluations, solution narratives, and high-level architectures.

• Provide strategic direction across cybersecurity design and implementation.

• Deliver innovative, dependable cybersecurity solutions while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and security.

• At least 10 years in cybersecurity, concentrating on architecture, engineering, and strategy across various environments.

• Must possess experience with at least one of the following: Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Okta, Wiz, or Palo Alto Networks.

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, as well as risk management and compliance requirements.

• Proficient in facilitating high-level discussions, achieving stakeholder consensus, and leading collaborative security solutions.

• Capable of engaging with leaders and key stakeholders to comprehend security needs and align them with business objectives and strategic risk mitigation.

• Significant experience in building and maintaining robust client relationships.

• Outstanding time and project management abilities, including overseeing large-scale security projects within set timelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Skilled in creating and presenting technical documentation, security policies, and architectural diagrams.

• Strong technical acumen in cybersecurity with advanced knowledge in cloud security, network security, or application security.

• Familiarity with threat modeling, incident response, and security monitoring solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of multi-vendor security environments and complex integration and compliance challenges.

• Advanced knowledge of EDR, XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection, with an emphasis on automation and orchestration.

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and security awareness training.

• Willingness to assume additional leadership responsibilities and mentor team members.
