📋 Description

• Design and manage secure, resilient, and performance-optimized cloud environments.

• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to integrate security into architecture and development tools.

• Create and implement secure identity and access management strategies across cloud platforms in collaboration with IAM teams.

• Fortify cloud infrastructures against emerging threats while ensuring resilience and high availability.

• Lead exercises focusing on cloud-centric disaster recovery.

• Develop automation, pipelines, and guardrails utilizing Terraform/IaC and Kubernetes.

• Safeguard infrastructure through AI-driven pipelines and autonomous workflows.

• Provide guidance and work alongside product engineering to convert requirements into secure, feasible infrastructure.

• Modify architecture and shift priorities as the organization grows.

• Support relevant incident response investigations.

• Report directly to the Sr Director of Cyber Resiliency while working embedded in project teams with product engineering partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Significant hands-on experience with GCP or AWS engineering is essential.

• Familiarity with Azure is advantageous.

• Solid background in DevOps, particularly with Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience in designing systems that are secure, resilient, and aimed at enhancing engineering velocity.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or late-stage startup is a considerable asset.
