Senior Scientific Specialist, HEOR, RWE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the senior content authority on designated accounts and cultivate robust client relationships.

• Actively seek out opportunities for follow-up business and new client acquisition.

• Oversee changes in project scope and communicate effectively with clients.

• Develop and sustain expert knowledge of client products and therapeutic areas.

• Accurately interpret scientific data and apply marketing messages accordingly.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to departmental procedures.

• Create high-quality scientific content through thorough research, writing, editing, and fact-checking.

• Manage project timelines and consistently meet delivery deadlines.

• Lead projects and provide mentorship to other team members.

• Collaborate directly with clients and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in medical communication outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research).

• Experience in RWE (Real-World Evidence).

• Previous experience in a similar position within a medical communications agency.

• Advanced skills in scientific writing and editing.

• Capacity to quickly acquire specialized knowledge in therapeutic areas.

• Strong focus on client needs and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Advanced problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Strong presentation and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.

• A degree and higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine (BSc, BA, PharmD, PhD, MD).

• Requirement for UK-based candidates.
