This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, maintain, and monitor integrated master schedules for ongoing data center projects and the overall development portfolio.
• Define work breakdown structures, activity coding, calendars, schedule tiers, baseline requirements, update procedures, and quality standards in line with PMO governance.
• Coordinate milestones and dependencies across land and power, permitting, design, procurement, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, customer expectations, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly schedule-update cycles, verify reported progress, uphold consistent status dates, and generate short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Assess contractor, consultant, and design-partner schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, constraints, float, resource assumptions, and alignment with contractual and program milestones.
• Recognize critical and near-critical paths, emerging delays, milestone exposure, and schedule compression; provide early warnings and suggest corrective or recovery measures.
• Develop schedule scenarios, fragnets, time-impact analyses, and what-if evaluations for changes, delays, acceleration strategies, and crucial project decisions.
• Assist in schedule-risk analysis and maintain clear treatment of float, contingency, assumptions, and forecast confidence.
• Supply schedule information for stage-gate reviews, project-controls reporting, cash-flow forecasts, procurement planning, executive dashboards, and customer communications.
• Coordinate external scheduling resources and ensure adherence to CleanSpark methods, data standards, and reporting expectations.
• Preserve schedule records to support change evaluations, claims avoidance, and dispute analysis in conjunction with Project Controls, Legal, and project leadership.
• Enhance scheduling templates, methods, integration points, and reporting practices as the portfolio grows.
• Collaborate professionally and inclusively within a team-oriented environment.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive construction scheduling experience supporting large capital projects, including data centers, power, utilities, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar enterprise scheduling platforms.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining integrated master schedules that consolidate multiple contractor, consultant, procurement, and owner workstreams.
• Extensive knowledge of critical-path methodology, baseline management, progress measurement, schedule quality review, time-impact analysis, fragnets, and recovery planning.
• Capability to challenge unsupported schedule logic or progress and communicate schedule risk, assumptions, and recovery options clearly.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen focus on schedule data quality and documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and support essential schedule updates or project deadlines as necessary.
