Senior SBA Product Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive suite of banking services tailored for businesses eligible for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.

• Generate SBA loan originations focusing on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Analyze financial statements and supporting documents.

• Develop structured SBA loan proposals.

• Conduct initial analyses and prepare credit packages.

• Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies.

• Carry out additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in PC usage and internet navigation.

• Understanding of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies.
