Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors projects.

• Assess HR needs and recommend effective functional solutions.

• Set up and tailor the SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module.

• Assist with data migration, integrations, and system testing activities.

• Work alongside technical teams on integrations with SAP S/4HANA and external applications.

• Offer functional support during the go-live phase and thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

• Experience with SAP CPI/API integrations.

• Skills in LMS configuration and customization.

• Competence in SIT/UAT testing.

• Proficient in English.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Background in managing end-to-end projects.

• Understanding of HR processes.

• Integration experience; familiarity with SAP CPI/APIs is advantageous.
