SAP Principal – Source to Pay Systems Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Influence colleagues within the work area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and practices.

• Strive to achieve daily objectives that have a moderate impact on the work area.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision on larger, moderately complex projects and assignments.

• Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications while collaborating closely with the functional team.

• Utilize the Scaled Agile Framework to establish objectives for the assigned area and accomplish project goals.

• Engage in communication with individuals both within and outside the team.

• Clarify work-area policies, practices, and procedures to others within the organization.

• Persuade decision-makers with recommended actions.

• Deliver a strong customer service experience.

• Make minor adjustments or enhancements to systems and processes to address issues and enhance work-area efficiency.

• Travel to the Santa Isabel site as necessary.

• Attend specific interview stages in person at an office location if requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

• At least 2 years of relevant prior experience.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Familiarity with SAP development standards and methodology.

• Experience in maintaining documentation and supporting the change control process.

• Proven experience conducting design reviews with peers.

• Experience in application upgrades and defect resolution.

• Capability in developing test plans for new or modified programs.

• Experience in testing, designing, implementing, and documenting solutions.

• Proficient in issue resolution and root cause analysis.

• Raytheon CORE Certification is preferred.

• General knowledge of all Source to Pay applications is preferred.

• Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX) are preferred.

• Working understanding of the OSS process is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Ariba configuration and development process is preferred.

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
