Senior SAP SD Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute AMS support tasks for the SAP SD module

• Guarantee that service delivery adheres to the quality standards and timelines defined in the SLAs

• Investigate and address incidents and requests related to sales, billing, pricing, and shipments

• Maintain documentation and ensure records are current in ticket management systems

• Implement enhancements, customizations, and minor improvements following change management and governance protocols

• Ensure the effective operation of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, from sales order creation to billing and goods issue

• Take tax and fiscal implications into account for processes

• Keep abreast of updates in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications for the SD module

• Collaborate with functional teams such as MM and FI, along with technical groups

• Assist in resolving integrated incidents and conducting regression testing

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in AMS (Application Management Services)

• Strong proficiency in the complete support lifecycle, encompassing incidents, requests, changes, and improvements

• Capability to operate within a production support environment

• Strong commitment to adhering to and upholding governance processes

• Understanding of tax and fiscal processes pertinent to the SAP SD module

• Familiarity with integration concerning Brazilian tax processes, NF-e, pricing/Condition Type determination, sales orders, billing/VF01, shipping, and Brazil localization

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SAP S/4HANA releases

• Awareness of SAP Fiori applications associated with the SD (Sales and Distribution) module
