Online Instructor, SAP FI/CO, EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct remote instruction in the FI and/or CO fields.

• Convey intricate learning objectives through straightforward and practical learning modules.

• Enhance lessons with real-world examples from your IT background.

• Encourage teamwork and self-management within learning groups.

• Assist learners with conflict resolution and feedback management.

• Create initiatives for participants requiring extra support.

• Collaborate closely with the Student Success Team.

• Develop practical educational materials in partnership with the Product Team.

• Ensure the course upholds high professional and educational standards.

• Guide participants through to completion and prepare them for effective integration into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling).

• Minimum of 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant domain.

• Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level.

• Capability to teach SAP at the end-user level and, eventually, at the consultant level.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Self-motivated and accountable work ethic.

• Ability to articulate complex subjects logically and clearly.

• Passion for online teaching, e-learning, and web-based educational programs.

• Ideally, familiarity with S/4HANA, including implementation and customization.

• Participation in Training of Trainers (PTWTTT) is a plus.

• Experience with EWM is advantageous.
