Principal Consultant – SAP Analytics Solution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy and roadmap for SAP Analytics, including the transition of legacy analytics systems to SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Oversee the implementation of SAP BW and BI solutions, emphasizing BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere as applicable.

• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.

• Create and develop SAC planning models for financial and/or operational purposes.

• Formulate planning logic utilizing Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.

• Engage in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA initiatives, encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and support after go-live.

• Design and oversee the extraction of data from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources into SAP HANA.

• Collaborate with business partners, including Finance and HR, to identify requirements and provide actionable insights.

• Lead and mentor IT analytics application teams.

• Partner with business and IT executives to ensure analytics efforts align with business requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of global analytics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience with SAP systems.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Application Design.

• Extensive experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting.

• Strong expertise in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.

• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere BDC.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Analytics solution architect or team leader.

• Proven track record with multiple end-to-end SAP analytics projects.

• Proficiency across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA platforms.

• Willingness to travel to the USA.
