SAP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate business requirements and assist in the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions.

• Ensure ongoing enhancement of SAP processes and systems.

• Aid business functions in process optimization and the adoption of SAP best practices.

• Contribute to the development of functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies.

• Execute testing activities, cutover planning, and provide go-live support.

• Participate in international SAP rollout and transformation projects.

• Prioritize incidents, change requests, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Mentor key users and offer guidance to junior consultants.

• Collaborate with external partners and service providers.

• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and the future architecture of the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a comparable position.

• Extensive knowledge in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM).

• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonization, or transformation projects.

• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A self-sufficient, proactive, and solution-focused work approach.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
