This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure and customize the SD module in alignment with established solutions.

• Develop functional specifications for new developments, reports, interfaces, and forms.

• Conduct unit and integration testing while assisting with user acceptance testing.

• Manage and resolve support tickets by identifying the root cause of issues.

• Suggest enhancements and improvements to SAP processes and solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with MM, FI/CO, tax, and development teams.

• Provide support during cutover, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

• Create functional documentation and train key users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior/expert SAP SD Consultant, involved in implementation, enhancement (rollouts and improvements), and support (AMS) projects.

• Proficient understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, covering quotations, sales orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, returns, and credit/debit memos.

• In-depth knowledge of pricing (condition technique), tax determination, credit blocks, and credit management.

• Familiarity with shipping and logistics execution, including deliveries, picking, goods issue, and transportation.

• Experience in billing processes, including service billing, intercompany billing, and electronic tax documentation.

• Knowledge of Brazilian localization, encompassing NF-e, CFOP determination, taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS), and integration with tax solutions.

• Experience in integrating SD with MM, FI/CO, LE/WM, and external systems (IDocs, interfaces, and EDI).

• Proficient in configuring customer master data (Business Partner), sales materials, and condition records.

• Experience across all project phases: discovery or fit-to-standard, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.

• Preferred: experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, Advanced Variant Configuration, and Brazil's Tax Reform.

• A plus: basic ABAP/debugging knowledge for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
