Senior SAP Basis Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, monitor, and provide support for SAP environments

• Investigate and resolve incidents, issues, and requests pertaining to SAP infrastructure

• Conduct troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause evaluation

• Oversee the performance, availability, and stability of environments

• Assist with transport activities, user administration, and technical authorizations within assigned responsibilities

• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to address issues and sustain environments

• Generate technical documentation and ensure adherence to operational procedures

• Uphold compliance with SAP administration protocols, service-level agreements (SLAs), and industry best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SAP Basis, with a preference for O2M experience

• Familiarity with SAP environment administration, monitoring, and support

• Skilled in analyzing and resolving technical incidents and issues

• Understanding of troubleshooting and performance assessment

• Strong analytical, proactive, organized, and communication abilities

• Capacity to work effectively with technical teams and clients
