Senior SAP ISU DM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and develop SAP ISU applications within the Device Management (DM) module.

• Offer functional design and assistance to utility clients based in North America.

• Collaborate with clients and team members across North America to collect requirements.

• Create and implement solutions effectively.

• Draft business blueprints, process plans, functional documents, and testing cases.

• Set up DM master data, validations, register groups, installations, and devices.

• Configure and support Meter Uploads & Downloads, Scheduling, and Service Notifications.

• Establish comprehensive test scenarios across the business.

• Generate master data and perform unit, cycle, and integration testing.

• Design and resolve configuration dependencies involving SAP MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, or a Master’s in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP applications.

• At least one full life-cycle implementation experience is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in SAP DM for developing business blueprints, process plans, functional documents, and testing cases.

• In-depth understanding of the Meter to Cash process.

• Experience in creating and configuring DM Master Data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Meter Upload & Download processes.

• Experience with configuring validations, register groups, and device-related settings.

• Familiarity with Service Notification configuration.

• Essential knowledge of EDM, RTP, and AMI infrastructure and setup.

• Awareness of configuration dependencies and interrelationships among SAP MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing.

• Formal training or certifications in SAP DM are preferred.

• Experience in SAP Implementation and Support is essential.

• Familiarity with the SAP IS-Utilities environment is a plus.
