Senior SAP Functional Consultant – FI/CO, S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess business needs and convert them into efficient SAP functional solutions.

• Set up, implement, and enhance SAP modules, particularly focusing on FI, CO, and S/4HANA Finance.

• Engage in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation initiatives.

• Assist in end-to-end business processes and facilitate integration among SAP modules.

• Perform fit-gap analysis, functional testing, and troubleshoot system issues.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects.

• Create functional specifications, documentation, and suggestions for process improvements.

• Provide support to users and business teams throughout the lifecycle of the solution.

• Aid international clients in SAP implementation, optimization, and digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.

• Strong practical knowledge in at least one of the following: SAP FI, SAP CO, or SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Solid understanding of pertinent business processes and SAP configuration.

• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or enhancement projects.

• Knowledge of cross-module integration and enterprise-level business processes.

• Capability to analyze business needs and convert them into functional specifications.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in international, cross-functional environments.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.

• Nice to have: experience utilizing AI tools in daily operations.

• Nice to have: familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Nice to have: understanding of SAP MM, SD, Treasury, Asset Accounting, or CO-PA.

• Nice to have: experience with SAP BW, financial reporting, or consolidation solutions.

• Nice to have: knowledge of IFRS, HGB, or US GAAP reporting standards.

• Nice to have: experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Nice to have: prior experience in consulting or within large international organizations.

• Nice to have: SAP certifications.

• Nice to have: fluency in German or French at C1 level.

• Nice to have: proficiency in other European languages.
