📋 Description

• Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Specialist on key global Human Resources initiatives.

• Implement, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions effectively.

• Optimize and support HR and Payroll processes.

• Analyze and oversee integrations between various systems.

• Act as a consultative intermediary with business units and global teams.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Background in implementation, support, and maintenance initiatives.

• Familiarity with integrations between HR and Payroll systems.

• Possess an analytical and consultative approach alongside excellent communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English for global interactions.

• Experience in multinational settings.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP/CPI.

• Experience with Time Management and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Involvement in global HR digital transformation initiatives.
