Senior SAP Finance Lead – SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, Finance Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and engage in the implementation, roll-out, transformation, and migration to SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Manage the phases of analysis, design, construction, testing, training, production deployment, and post-launch support.

• Design and evolve the functional architecture of financial and controlling processes.

• Define and maintain configuration standards for SAP FI and SAP CO.

• Oversee the integration of financial processes with other corporate systems and applications.

• Validate functional designs and specifications for developments, reports, and analytical solutions.

• Analyze the needs of financial areas and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Define and monitor continuous improvement plans.

• Manage risks, planning, quality, and dependencies of transformation initiatives.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Central Finance initiatives.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage executive-level stakeholders.

• Engage in digital transformation initiatives and optimization of financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP projects.

• Strong experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting).

• Strong experience in SAP CO (Controlling).

• Experience in implementations, roll-outs, and SAP transformations.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and migration processes.

• Experience in designing and optimizing financial and controlling processes.

• Knowledge of SAP architectures and integrations.

• Ability to define functional requirements and transform them into business solutions.

• Experience in risk management, planning, and monitoring of transformation projects.

• Experience in functional validation of developments and reporting solutions.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.

• Strategic vision, analytical skills, and business orientation.

• C2 level proficiency in Spanish.

• B2-C1 level proficiency in English.

• Desirable: experience in SAP Central Finance.

• Desirable: knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Desirable: knowledge of IDocs, APIs, middleware, and interfaces.

• Desirable: knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, and CDS Views.

• Desirable: experience in reporting and financial analytics solutions.

• Desirable: SAP FI, CO, or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

• Desirable: experience in international environments.

• Desirable: experience working with complex SAP governance models.
