Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Sustain and refresh comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic long-term planning.

• Oversee and enhance the payments dashboard and payments model utilizing Claude.

• Evaluate financial performance by juxtaposing actual outcomes against forecasts and budgets.

• Deliver insights on significant trends and variances.

• Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.

• Assist in scenario planning and perform ad hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making.

• Track expenditures and propose strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems and dashboards.

• Monitor key performance indicators related to overall company performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and corporate finance.

• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Skilled in PowerPoint and creating executive-level presentations.

• Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and AI tools.

• Experience with Claude or Claude Code, including dashboard development.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
